We will ask you to fill out a medical history information form. We will ask you about your dental concerns and answer any questions you have. Your first visit will be with the Hygienist. We will take photos, x-rays and the Hygienist will do a complete periodontal probing. A regular cleaning and fluoride treatment may be done at this time. For patients who may need a deeper cleaning, we will schedule additional visits.     

We will make another appointment to see the Doctor for a complete examination and oral cancer exam. We will discuss the material gathered and give treatment options to best meet your  needs. We will discuss costs and timing to fit your schedule and budget. Your first visit usually takes about an hour for adults and forty five minutes for children. If there is time before your first visit, we will mail you our forms.   

We will always take time to listen and you can always call and ask questions.  
 

 We accept many different dental insurance policies, some of which are the following:

       Delta Dental,   Delta Dental PPO,   Met Life,   Blue Cross PPO,   Cigna PPO,

              Assurant,  Blue Cross,  United Concordia,  and  Humana
